Post duties:
1, through chat software, patiently answer all kinds of questions raised by customers, achieve pleasant transactions and handle order information.
2 familiar with Taobao's various operating rules, handling customer requirements, modifying prices, managing stores, etc.
3 answer customer questions, guide customers to buy, and facilitate transactions.
4 provide after-sales service for online customers, and timely solve customer's problems and requests with a good attitude, provide after-sales service and solve general complaints.
Requirements for office:
1 love Taobao industry, have a certain understanding of e-commerce.
2 processing of pre sale and after-sale business
3 fluent communication, standard Mandarin, temperate and responsible.
4 familiar with Taobao trading process, Taobao shop experience or Taobao customer service experience is preferred.
5 typing speed of 50 words / minute, can accept outstanding graduates.
6 scheduling system: day shift: 8:00-16:30; evening shift 16:00-24:00, once a week.
